INSTRUMENT & ELECTRICAL

Formed in the early 1980's as the foundation company for the Wells Group, Wells Instrument & Electrical Ltd (Wells I & E) is primarily involved in electrical, instrumentation and automation installation, as well as commissioning and maintenance.  

Contracted for a wide range of modest to multi-million dollar contracts around New Zealand and offshore, Wells I & E has a proven track record for partnering with those who deliver.

Whatever the size and scope of the project, Wells I & E has a dedicated, highly qualified and experienced team who have built a formidable reputation for quality results.

FIELD SERVICES

Since the 1990s, Wells has been providing effective field services for domestic, commercial and industrial situations.

During that time, Wells has consistently shown leadership in field services technology and innovation by utilising the latest technology available.

 

And where we couldn’t find technology that could significantly improve field services both internally and to our clients, we invested in developing our own.

ENGINEERING

To meet the unique and specialised engineering needs of the energy industry, Wells has developed its own in-house engineering team to design and develop innovative solutions.

Whether for an external project or an internal development, this team has evolved into an adaptable engineering resource that is able to provide input to energy technology projects and developments across the Wells group.

In the pursuit of excellence, we led the way in field service transportation efficiencies, power control intelligence and mobility technology innovation.

 

ABOUT

Wells began life in 1984 as an electrical contracting company. Our focus was more than just competitive pricing, but building a reputation of strong client relationships by focusing on Health and Safety, compliance and overall quality service. In the heady days of the 80s, this attitude was revolutionary. And yet, with this point of view, Wells steadily grew.

 

From a self-made visionary with a principled, smart thinking approach to a 600-plus strong team operating nationwide. We all share in what has become known as having the "Wells attitude". This attitude means we don’t go to work to sit behind a desk or fill out time sheets. We go to work to serve our clients.
