| WELLS Metering Services were established in the late 1980s to provide revenue
metering services to the electricity, oil, gas and water utilities and retailers.
While its first office was based in Hamilton, it now employs approximately 300
staff offering metering reading & metering technical services and advanced metering activities from Whangarei
to Invercargill. |

These services are contracted to domestic, commercial and industrial
environments and include:
- Routine meter reading
- Special, final and check meter reading
- Data collection
- Revenue risk assurance
- Supply connection and disconnection
- Meter installation and maintenance
- Tariff changes

| WELLS' dedication to developing its meter services has led it to gain approval
under the EGR regulations to collect data and provide a wide range of
in-field services.

technology - a wireless meter reading task management system developed by
E-merge® Data Solutions Limited. As world-leading technology, Dialog ensures
timely and accurate meter reading through a more efficient transfer of tasks to
