The work was challenging for the 2 week on 2 week off rostered staff due to the unique nature of projects on a producing gas platform. The ‘can do’ attitude of the Wells staff in carrying out the work meant commitment to a successful project .This commitment even led to staff staying on during their rostered time off to achieve the required completion. The project was delivered to the client’s requirements, incident free.
