The Wells Group is made up of two principal companies:
Wells Instrument and Electrical Limited (Wells I&E), and Wells Instrument and Electrical Services Limited (Wells Metering Services).
Currently employing more than 200 staff throughout New Zealand, both companies are 100% owned by the companies' founder, and Managing Director, Graham Wells. Wells also has an independent Advisory Board of Directors who offer strategic direction to the companies.
Both companies are ISO certified and adhere to both industry standards and policies — as well as our own Health, Safety and Environment Policy — and our own Quality Improvements and Quality Assurance programmes.

As one of New Zealand's leading industrial electrical and instrument services providers, Wells I&E is also a member of the Engineering Taranaki Consortium (www.engineeringtaranaki.co.nz) which is dedicated to providing "innovative, multi-disciplined engineering projects".

In addition, The Group also works with three affiliate companies who provide specific services to the electrical engineering industry — Western Switchgear Limited, Electrasafe Inspections Limited, E-merge Data Solutions Limited (www.e-mergedata.com) and Intelivent Heat Recovery ventilation (www.intelivent.co.nz).
