With an annual turnover above $35M and staff of over 500 employees, the WELLS Group has grown into a successful
business which is sourced from the following operating divisions:
- Instrument and Electrical Contracting ("I&E") –
primarily involved in the electrical, instrumentation & automation installation, commissioning and maintenance;
- Revenue Metering Services ("RMS") – provides manual meter
reading services to electricity, gas and water utilities and
retailers; general metering & smart meter installation & maintenance
services to electricity retailers and asset owners;
- Metering Service Centre ("MSC") – provides back office
support & contract administration services to the WELLS RMS Business Units;
- Western Switchgear – assembles switchboards and control
panels for industrial customers;
- Manawatu Precision Enterprises – an electrical and
automation systems company with particular expertise in the food and
beverage industry;
- E-merge Data Solutions (www.e-mergedata.com)
– provides wireless, workforce mobility systems and services internally to the Group's business, and many other markets;
- Electra-Safe Inspection Services – provides electrical
inspection services particularly in the "Gas Hazardous Area"
environment, both on land based and offshore facilities, and
- Entuition Resource Intelligence (www.intelivent.co.nz)
– manufactures user interfaces and controllers; assembles and markets residential heat exchange and
forced air ventilation systems.

make recommendations to the Group’s Managing Director to ensure that
the Group’s goals and objectives are met and to add value to the Group. |
